NJPW STRONG SPIRITS

When a user uses this service and has given permission to link with external services such as Facebook, Twitter, Apple (Sign in with Apple), and Google, the Company will collect the following user information from the external information services for the following purposes of use, based on the content agreed to at the time of permission. 3 (external transmission)

6 (Method of user involvement)

The automatic acquisition of user information as set forth in 2 and 1 can be stopped by any of the following methods.
- ・Turn off the power of the User's terminal.
- ・Turn off the communication function of the User's terminal.
- ・Uninstall the Application on the User's terminal.
You may stop the automatic acquisition of the User Information set forth in Article 2 and 3 by any of the following methods
- ・Turn off the power of the User's terminal.
- ・Turn off the communication function of the User's terminal.
- ・Turn off the communication function of the User's terminal. - Make the Application and external service applications not running on the User's terminal.
- ・Uninstall the Application on the User's terminal.
- ・Uninstall the Application on the user's terminal. ・The user himself/herself changes the setting of the external service to the one that does not allow the linkage with the application.
Even after the suspension as described in the preceding two paragraphs, the Company will continue to use the User Information obtained by the Company in accordance with Article 2 within the scope of the purpose of use, unless the User requests the suspension of use or the suspension of provision to third parties as described in the next paragraph. The Company will continue to use the User Information within the scope of the purpose of use and provide it to third parties in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, unless the User requests that the Company stop using or provide the User Information to third parties as specified in the following paragraph.
Requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, modification, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties of user information will be handled appropriately after confirming the identity of the person in question through methods and procedures designated by the Company, in accordance with the Company's "Personal Information Protection Policy".

7 (Backup of the Application)

The Company does not acquire and retain the status of the Application installed on the User's device as it is, and therefore the status of the Application on the User's device cannot be restored to the User's device afterwards. If it is necessary to back up the Application in preparation for reinstalling the Application or restoring the Application after the User's device is damaged or the model is changed, please do so at the User's own risk and expense.

9 (Publication and sharing of acquired information)

When a user uses the function to communicate and share information with friends and acquaintances through this service, the user's location information (if the location information function is enabled), text, photos, and other information contained in messages acquired by this application shall be used.
