New Japan Pro-Wrestling: Strong Spirits has shut down as of Sunday March 31, 2024 15:00 JST.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who played and enjoyed New Japan Pro-Wrestling: Strong Spirits.
We also request that players please read the following information related to the termination of service.

Following the end of service, unused in-game currency (paid diamonds) will be refunded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Order for Enforcement of the Payment Services Act.

■ Refund Details

 

Refunds for prepaid funds will be issued by:
Bushiroad Inc.

 

Prepaid items eligible for refund:
Diamonds (however, only paid Diamonds are eligible)

 

Refund application period:
Monday, April 1, 2024 0:00 ~ Monday June 17, 2024 14:59 JST
* If you are not able to apply during this period, you will not be able to receive a refund.

 

How to receive your refund:
To receive a refund, you must update the New Japan Pro-Wrestling: Strong Spirits app to the most recent version.
Please access your provider's store and ensure that you have updated the app to version 4.0.0.
After service has been terminated, access the app and select "Refund Information" from the menu.
There you will be able to access the Refund Form and contact us through it.

 

Required Information for the Refund Form
・ User ID
・ Refund password
・ Bank information for transfer (Name of a Japanese bank, branch name, branch code, account type, account number, name of account holder)
・ Contact info (email address)

 

Refund method:
Upon receiving the refund request, we will confirm the account to which the refund will be transferred to, and the prepaid amount will be transferred to the bank account designated by the user.
* All associated service fees associated with transfers will be paid by refunding agent.

 

 

Precautions:
* In some instances, it may take up to three months to receive your refund.
All refunds for (paid) in-game currency will be made in Japanese yen.
* Personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of this refund.
* Refunds will only be made for unused in-game "paid diamonds" currency.
In-game items and free diamonds are not eligible for refunds.
* The issuer of the refund may contact you in the event that
the information provided at the time of a refund request is incomplete.
